How do you reset the check engine light on a 2004 vw beetle?

There are pages and pages and items that can cause a check engine light. You need to have it checked for codes with a scan tool. After repair light can be shut off with scan tool.

And then in two weeks it will come on again and it will be something else. Save your money trade it in or go broke chasing your tail.VW Beetle's are to expensive to own.
