How do you get the star symbol online next to your name example a gold wheel and stars above it online in Mario kart wii?

Get stars in all of the grand prix's for example;1 star in all grand prix's (50cc,100cc,150 and mirror) will earn you one star in your online name(its the same for 2 stars and 3 stars).
