Have anyone receive 2012 refund that had IRS reference number 9001?

I have. And been told it could be three possibilities: 1)the irs computer is overworked and having a hard tiime multitasking 2) there is a server problem pulling the info up or 3) that return info has been checked more than one time in 7 days.
