How online schooling can help stop bullying?

I doubt it would do a thing to actually stop bullying. It might reduce opportunities for bullying. But one thing it would definitely do is produce large numbers of children totally lacking in any social skills, as there would be much fewer opportunities for the interactions needed to learn such skills.
