Parle G is owned by Parle Products Pvt. Ltd. whose CEO is Vijay Chauhan. Parle Products Pvt. Ltd. is just one entity of three that was split from the original Parle Company. The other two, Parle Agro and Parle Bisleri, are run by other members of Chauhan's family.
