Well to be able to loose 4 stone you will have to do lots of exercise in your house like at night time and do 15 sit ups then another set of 15 sit ups then another 15 sit upsDrink lots of watereat 5-7 snacks each dayEat 3 different vegtables each dayEat 3 peices of fruit each dayTake a bath for 30 minsOr you could to some press ups,Star jumps etci hope i helped
