What are some things you accomplished this year that you proud of as a teacher?

This year, I successfully implemented a project-based learning approach that engaged my students in real-world problem-solving, resulting in increased collaboration and creativity among them. I also developed a mentorship program that paired older students with younger ones, fostering a positive school community and enhancing leadership skills. Additionally, I integrated technology more effectively into my lessons, which led to improved student engagement and understanding of complex concepts. These accomplishments not only enriched my teaching practice but also positively impacted my students' learning experiences.
