How far had Islam spread after 150 years after Muhammad's death?

In just one century, from the gates of India to the middle of France (Tours, specifically). Later, other places, including Indonesian (the most populous Muslim country) and southward into Africa. Of course, Islam exists, but doesn't necessarily rule, in practically the whole world, inculding Japan, Denmark and the American West.
