Where is the best place to ask someone out?

Someplace non-threatening. A party with all your friends, for instance, is definitely out. Dinner is good, or a movie. Dinner is better, because you have time to talk and get to to know each other, but if you're a kid that might be a little formal. A school function might be good. You get the idea, though. A gaming centre or arcade is good too.
