How would you stay clean on a deserted island?

Choices from best to worst (in my opinion):

• If you have a running fresh water stream and the Island is in a warm climate, a bath even with out soap a couple times a day should be easy.
• In a cold climate, sponge bath should be easy to arrange on a frequent basis and rinsing or washing clothes
• No running water to bathe in, but warm out side a swim in the ocean would do, careful to dry off so the salt does not cause chaffing.
• Cold: sponge baths with care.
