I'm needin help on selectin a good VHS 2 DVD Converter. I want 2 convert some old 1950s family videos that were recorded 2 fast and have no volume. What type of converters with software can slow em do?

try using a tv card with analog input to record your vhs. then use a free program called vdub to record it and slow it down.
