How can you be patient with your friends?

By simply allowing patience to work in us, as in James 1 -

4. But let patience have [her] perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.

and in Luke 21:

19. In your patience possess ye your souls.

But remember that-

"tribulation worketh patience;"
