Why is it that if a man is to live like a human being his heart and mind must be nourished and the best spiritual nourishment comes from the humanities?

Its because, as we live, we learn many things both spiritual and physical, that's the reason why we are nourished and because of the trials, difficulties, and inequities that we had alraedy encounter.
