Kinda-sorta, but not really.

The stuff that goes into the loo will weigh something, so that is weight loss. But that weight wasn't something that was really part of your body - but rather passing through - so it doesn't count.

If you're trying to lose weigh and wants to track your progress, stick to a plan like weighing yourself in the morning - after toilet, before breakfast.
