Is there anyway it increase the power out put of a motor?

The power output of a motor can be changed by the use of gears.

Gears can be used to increase torque by reducing the speed of the output shaft

by placing a large gear on the output shaft, coupled to a smaller gear.

Conversely, by using a small gear on the output shaft, coupled to a larger gear, the speed can be increased with a reduction in torque.
