im pretty sure that dips work out your triceps and if u want to know how they work ill be glad to tell you first find a chair or bench around the height of your knees next with the chair/bench to your back lower yourself until your palms can touch the chair bottom holding your self with your palms on the chair put your feet out as far as they will go now that you are in position bend your elbows so that you lower yourself to the ground lift yourself back up and repeat, you should feel the workout in your triceps (the back of your upper arm)
