What do you call a dried up sea?

A dried-up sea is often referred to as a "saline lake" or "salina" when it retains salt deposits after evaporation. If it has completely dried up, it may also be called a "paleolake" or simply an "extinct sea." These areas can leave behind unique geological and ecological features.
