Well all I know is that, sometimes, when I cough I go into a trance-like state. My vision blurs and I feel like I have just smoked a really good joint. It lasts from 10 seconds to maybe 30 seconds. This has been happening for about 5 years now and it doesn't happen every time I cough. Let me know if anyone knows what this is.
