Loud thumping and grinding noise on the front left side of your Kia Sedona I have replaced the brake pads rotors hub assembly with bearings any ideas?

Have you consiered maybe looking and seeing if the shock is gone bad. It could also be a front end problemm such as a ball joint or enev a tie rod end and possiablely a sway bar bushing or control arm bushing. How you find it.
