the management process by locating employees with the definite

qualifications and abilities into correct employment positions to

Human Resource Management is the course of action of recruitment

and selection of employees, providing orientation and induction,

further training and development, employee performance assessments,

providing compensation and benefits, motivating, maintaining

appropriate employee relations, maintaining health and safety,

welfare.
