What does infliration mean?

Infatuation is LUST for another person.

Lust is the need for sex.

Lust is also when your with someone else you look at other girls/Guys and say to yourself i want that guy is so hot and muscular or i want that girl she is smokin hot.

But yea the people that say infatuation and love are different you people are right love and infatuation are completely different things.
