Everyone is different and each person reacts to things in a different way. What might stress one person won't bother another. It all has to do with personal perception and coping skills.
Many factors lead to a person being stressed. In some cases is genetic. The environment plays a major role. A person who lives in a safe and secure environment might be less stressed than others. Economical factor, people who are fiancially stable might feel less strssed than those who are going through a financial crisis. Traumatic events also affect the person, if the person witnessed a traumatic event in life, he or she might be more prone to suffer from stress. ANd family cohesiveness is very important, individuals who live in a cohesived family are less stressed. How they adapt to, or perceive, adverse events also plays a major role.
