Why were children and servants allowed to go to naked in Egypt?

There could be a number of reasons:

1. The ancient Egyptians were not a Prudish people.

2. the climate is hot and dry many servants probably felt more comfortable stripping off when doing hard household jobs or working in the kitchens which would have been very hot. This

3. Status it might just be that a servant or child, even a child of a wealthy family, were too low in status to wear clothes.
