What is the oil capacity for a 1989 Honda GB500 motorcycle?

Per Honda service manual, Oil capacity 2.4 U.S. quarts at engine assembly, 1.7 quarts at oil change, 1.8 quarts at oil and filter change. Manual procedure for filling oil: After draining oil, pour 1.8 quarts oil in to oil tank. install cap, start engine and let idle for a fiew minuts. Stop engine and add oil to upper level mark on dip stick with motorcycle in upright position.
