What does it cost to hire indoor painters?

It really depends on the amount of work and the extent of detail involved. Although I pride myself on being one of the more affordable painters in my city, I'll try to give you something to go by.

An average 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with kitchen, living room, dining room and hallway with the bathrooms, kitchen, doors & door jambs to be painted in one color of semi-gloss enamel and all the remaining walls, closets and ceilings to be painted in one color of flat wall paint will run you around $1,500. Larger home may cost more, and smaller homes will run less. Of course there are many variable that cant all be listed here, like crown molding and baseboards. Those kinds of things will add to the cost. Best thing for you to do is log on to Craigslist and have 3 different painters come out and give you a bid. Whichever bid suited you best is the one you should hire for the job.
