What is urban outfitters hiring process?

First step is to fill out the application either at the store or online. They should email you what days they will be conducting interviews. The interviews are open/group. They look for 18 and over, but when I interviewed no one under 20 was asked to stay after the interviews. If you are asked to stay they will give you a piece of paper for an online integrity test. Once you have completed that and you should ASAP expect a call. If they are interested in hiring you they will ask you to come in for a second interview.
