What year was Bella's pickup truck?

Bella's pickup truck was originally made in 1963. It is a somewhat rare truck for that year in that although it is a Chevy it is a 3/4 ton long bed step side which was uncommon. Most buyers opted for the fleetside in a 3/4 ton truck. Although the truck is intended to look somewhat worn and well used it actually has undergone a complete restoration. The red paint was aged by Hollywood to give it the old truck in Forks ambience they were looking for. Though orignally equipped with an inline six cylinder engine and a manual transmission it currently has power disc brakes, Power Steering, a modern Chevrolet V-8 with an automatic transmission which was modified to accept the original manual transmission floor shift lever. (An automatic was installed as Kristen Stewart doesn't know how to use a clutch, or didn't) It was recently listed on Ebay by the owner with a starting bid of $25,000.00 dollars. I do not know if it sold.

If the person above read the book, they would know that Bella's truck in the book was a 1953 Chevy Truck, but the director of the first Twilight Movie Decided to use the 1963 model for the motion picture instead because it was easier to find and restore.
