Where can one purchase an Ethernet cable extender?

You can get Ethernet cables in electronics stores like Best Buy and Nebraska Furniture Mart, etc. I think you can get them at your cable provider but I am not totally sure on that one. If it is for a router or any electronic, you can always call the manufacturer's number and ask what the best cable is for the device and where you can get them. Hope this helps!
