How do you solve the piano puzzle in warnings at Waverly academy?

As you enter Ramsey Hall, you'll notice two piano Lamps. Go over to them and give them a few turns. Eventually each one will reveal a set of notes.

COPY THESE NOTES DOWN RIGHT LAMP TO LEFTLAMP ON A SHEET OF PAPER OR TAKE NOTE OF THEM.

Now go on the library catalog and look up "Piano". There will be a book that Mel has checked out. Go talk to Mel. Do what she tells you to do (make a snack) and bring it back to her. Shell hand you the book.

Go to the piano. Here, read the book and on one of the pages there will be a drawing of a keyboard and the names of notes. Now play the notes you copied down from the lamps, right lamp to left lamp. Low bass then high bass.

Im not sure if the notes vary, but the notes I used were D2 A2 B2 D3 F3 A2 C2, E6 A5 B5 C5 E5 B4 C5 G4 C4.
