What does Malunggay mean?

Mallunggay is a plant that grows in sunny and warm climates. Also known as Moringa Oleifera, the roots have a taste reminiscent of horseradish and the seeds provide an oil that is also used in cooking. The plant grows fast, is drought resistant and is widely grown in India.
