Can you take Lortab and Benadryl at the same time?

There is no direct interaction listed between Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and LorTab (Hydrocodone and acetaminophen). Note however that many OTC meds containing diphenhydramine also contain acetaminophen, so your acetaminophen dose much be adjusted accordingly if you take these meds.
