The culture effects the region of people who live there by the way everyone lives. For example, let's say that you want to move to Alaska, because you love the cold, and that you love to fish.....so, you like the way people live there. It the people who live there is very important when you move somewhere, because you always need to make sure that if the place is just great for you or that if you will be happy and enjoying everything there is.
