it will be easier to fit if you remove the front wheel next to the belt. there are two pulleys without slots they should be outside the loop . the left one is the stretcher, you should use a wrench as a lever to release the tension while fitting the belt, it's very easy

if you have a helping hand just to release the stretcher it very simple
