A 13 year old working in cape coral?

No company will hire a 13 year old, let alone-- a 14 year old. Your best bet would be to try for a baby sitting job, or some sort of lawn service..etc. Or you can just wait until your 14 and apply at Publix, the only company I am aware of that hires even that young.
