Is there a ghost in parksville BC?

It is said there is a ghost at the Rod & Gun pub in the centre of downtown Parksville. 'The Rod' is one of the oldest remaining buildings in the resort city of Parksville on mid-island Vancouver Island. Many a waiter has found dishes suddenly knocked off their serving tray in the corner area which becomes colder. This happens in the bar part to the right of the original stairway to the upper floor (when you are looking at the stairway, is to the right of that.)
