What is swimming individual relay?

It is a relay (that consists of 4 swimmers who each swim the same distance) that is made up of only freestyle.

Example: 200 Free Relay (each swimmer swims a 50 free)

400 Free Relay (100 free each)

800 Free Relay (200 free each)
