What do you do if the guy you like and have known for a long time wont tell you are anybody else anything And you know he likes you back Is it a matter of trust?

What do you define by anything? If he has a particular issue he doesn't want to talk about, its usually his business, however if you feel this issue is affecting or compromising the relationship you share, it is highly recommended that you either confront the issue with him or let it slide. It is a matter of trust to the extent that you feel it is. No one else can set this straight for you.
