What is bigger a ferry or a cruise ship?

Ferrys are small fry compared to cruise ships which are the commonly the largest passenger ships in the seven seas!
Typically, a cruise ship is MUCH larger than a ferry because cruise ships are capable of carrying thousands of passengers at a time and are typically 150 to 700 meters in length. Ferries are smaller in that they carry a max capacity of 20 maybe 100 people, including vehicles.
