I think im pregnant im not sure i feel like butterflies in my stomach especially when im laying down and my stomach feels kind of tight sometimes could i be pregnant if i am it about 6-8 weeks?

It's probably just gas. You wouldn't "feel" anything this soon. You should take a pregnancy test to be absolutely sure though.
