step 1 unlatch quick release mechanism and tilt forward
step 2 grab the hidden handles and pull back and up
(hidden handles located about 6 inches forward from the back bottom angle on the under side)
step 3 swear at it
step 4 flip forwards 180 degrees
step 5 drag the seat out face down and rip the upholstery
step 6 sue avis rep for deposit on the ripped seat for advertising the seats were on rollers when they clearly were not
(side note to remove the belt from the front bench, stick the car key in the hole on the under side of the end of the latch attached to the seat)
for the brackets
there are two T-55 torx female headed bolts in front and two 19mm or 3/4" male hexagonal nuts in the rear over two male torx-headed bolts. After unplugging the wire harness, removing the two front bolts and two rear nuts you can pick the seat up off the deck leaving the male torx-headed rear bolts protruding up through the floor. Still trying to figure out how to get those out myself.
