Why he never says i love you?

We can't know what's going on inside his head, but maybe it's just his way, if you don't know and want to find out, why not ask him and see what he says.

Answer: I know what you mean by this, i went through the same thing with my past boyfriend, it irritates you because you want him to love you as much as you do, and every little detail of him saying it matters, but you don't know if he does. It's either you ask him if he really loves you when he says it or either accept that it's his way of say he loves and miss you.
