What are some characteristics of a good leader?

Caring about the cause; remaining loyal and focused; being honest; understanding the people you work with and those that you may be fighting for (in other Words, get your hands dirty and go to where the cause is and talk to them or work should-to-shoulder with them.) Never sugar-coat or mislead the people you are the leader of (you will lose ground if you do.) Be strong yet sensitive, strict, but understanding. Instead of blowing your own horn don't take all the bows because no one can accomplish ANYTHING without some help from others! A good leader will be able to make good, smart decisions.
