No. That's stupid. But it is theoretically possible to have identical quadruplets, as in two sets of identical twins.

(Third user) Actually, it IS possible, though exceedingly rare - said to occur in around 1 in 200,000,000 (200 million) births. It happens when one egg splits into identical twins, and then one of those eggs splits again, resulting in three total. As long as all goes well and all three survive the pregnancy and birth, they will live to be identical triplets. There is a story about identical triplets born to a British woman in Austria in 2007. I'd put a link here but don't know if they're allowed. Just search on "identical triplets in Austria" and it will come up. Don't use the quotes.
