Is empathy real

Empathyis the capacity to recognize full range of emotions such as fear, pain, love, anger, etc that are being experienced by another

The range of empathy in asentient creature is directly proportional to theintelligenceof that creature.There have been numerous peer reviewed studies that conclusively prove the existence of empathy in humans and other animals, such as monkeys, dolphins, cows, rats and other. Of all animals, humans exhibit the widest range ofempatheticreactions. Recent studies have also demonstrated that while the degree, or lack of empathy, in humans is directly proportional to nurturing or lackthereof during early and mid childhood, humans, as well as other social animals are in fact born with a natural propensity for empathy. Several such laboratory studies, concluded and ongoing, confirm that humans, as being a social and a highlyintelligentanimal, are soft wired for empathy.
