What are some non-example of feudalism?

So, non-examples would be things like modern democracies where power isn't concentrated in the hands of a few feudal lords, or in a world where people don't owe their allegiance to a medieval overlord. Basically, if it doesn't involve peasants toiling the land for their lord, it's probably not feudalism.
