How many wives did George Washington have?

George Washington did not have any children with his wife but he did have two step children from Martha's previous marriage, 1 boy and 1 girl.

But he did adopt them through his marriage with his wife. The boy was named John Parke 'Jackie' Custis, and he was the older one. And the girl's name was Martha Parke 'Patsy' Custis.

Jackie died around the age 27 (1781). Patsy died around the age of 17 (1773) from seizures.
