How do you remove rear seat in BMW 318?

I have a 1993 318i 4-door. Rear seat removal is extremely easy.

The seat is held in place by 2 clamps in the seat which fit over corresponding fittings on the chassis. These clamps are positioned beneath the two main seating positions. To remove the seat, simply pull up on the front of the rear seat at each seating position which will easily disengage the clamps. Lift the front up about 30 cm. Pull the whole seat bottom forward which will disengage the rear of the seat from the seat back. Remove from car. Installation is reverse of removal.
