What are the two main conflicts in the Twister?

The two main conflicts in "Twister" are between the group of storm chasers trying to study tornadoes and the rival group trying to exploit their research for profit, as well as the personal conflict between the main characters Jo and Bill as they navigate their past relationship while working together.
