That you will not be denied food, water, able to speak your own mind, and not summerarly arrested with out trial .

You can move about the street or anywhere in your country without arrest.

Some of the nasty little dictatorships around the world, deny their population food and water, as a political act to stay in power, in order to control them . Because the people who are starving do not have the strength to protest against cruel dictatorial rulers.
