How do you put out a lab fire?

To put out a lab fire, first activate the nearest fire alarm and alert others in the area. If it's safe to do so, use a fire extinguisher, aiming at the base of the fire and sweeping side to side. For small fires, you can also smother flames with a fire blanket or use a large container to cover the fire. Always remember to evacuate the area if the fire is too large or uncontrollable.
